ARE YOU A LICENSED THERAPIST?
Hearts Prepared Community Counseling Ministry and those associated with them are not professional or licensed counselors, therapists, medical or psychological practitioners, unless otherwise indicated. Ministry sessions are led by trained prayer ministers deemed to be encouragers in the Christian faith who help people assume their responsibilities in order to resolve their personal and spiritual conflicts and experience abundant freedom in Christ.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS A GOOD FIT FOR ME?
During our first meeting, you can share more about the area of concern you are looking to resolve. From there we will determine the best course of action to take.
HOW DO I REQUEST A SESSION?
Fill out the ministry appointment request located on the home page, and someone from our ministry team will get back to you as soon as we can to set up a meeting or phone call.
HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE?
These sessions last up to two hours depending on your needs.
HOW MANY SESSIONS ALL TOGETHER?
Each individual has unique needs that will require different lengths of time. One person may only need one meeting, while another will benefit from multiple sessions.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There is no financial obligation to receive ministry. Donations can be made through the "Donate" link on the home page if you would like to support the ongoing work of the ministry.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME?
You do not need to bring anything with you. However, it may be helpful to bring a notebook, pen and a bible.
DO YOU TAKE APPOINTMENTS OVER THE PHONE OR VIRTUALLY?
Yes. If you are not local or unable to meet in person, we can schedule a phone or virtual appointment instead.
